JERUSALEM – An worldwide charity says its aid ship bound for Gaza has set sail from Cyprus.

Associated Press dwell footage confirmed the ship being towed out of the harbor in Cyprus.

World Food Kitchen, the charity based by movie star chef José Andrés, posted on the X social media platform that the ship loaded with some 200 tons of meals set sail Tuesday.

The cargo is a take a look at for the opening of a sea hall to produce aid to the territory, the place starvation is spreading 5 months into the Israel-Hamas battle.
