MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – Veteran offensive lineman Terron Armstead is asking it a profession.

The 33-year-old introduced his retirement throughout an occasion with former teammates on Saturday evening.

Armstead performed his 12-year NFL profession with the Miami Dolphins and New Orleans Saints.

He signed with Miami in 2022 and spent three seasons in South Florida.

During his tenure with the Dolphins, Armstead was chosen to 2 Pro Bowls and was chosen as a staff captain in every of his three seasons.
